A Branson native and third generation Realtor®, Jeff graduated from Branson High School and attended Missouri State University in Springfield where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Entertainment Management.
After graduation, he put this degree to work at Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede in Branson where he was Merchandise Manager for over three years. His responsibilities included inventory tracking, ordering, concession and staff management.
Jeff has a Missouri Salesperson and Broker’s license and is a partner of the firm. Aside from selling commercial and residential real estate, his responsibilities include sales management, training and accounting.
Committed to his career, Jeff is a GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) Designee. GRI is a designation awarded by the Missouri Association of Realtors® to National Association of Realtors® members who have successfully completed the required 12, eight-hour courses of advanced lectures and exams held throughout the state of Missouri.
A certified Internet professional, he has completed the e-PRO training program and exam for real estate professionals, endorsed by the National Association of Realtors®. An e-PRO agent streamlines the entire transaction, from showing to closing, through a number of online tools and advanced software.
Actively involved in the local Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors®, Jeff has served on the Special Events Committee. He is currently Vice Chair of the Education Committee for which he has served the past two years. This committee is responsible for planning and implementing the continuing education and professional development of the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors® members.
Jeff is an active volunteer for area service needs throughout the Branson area community for such organizations as the Salvation Army and Big Brothers / Big Sisters.
Currently, Jeff is heavily involved with the Hollister Chamber of Commerce and serves as a Chamber Ambassador. He is also the Membership Committee Chair, a position that is responsible for the membership drive which is the sole source of revenue for the Hollister Chamber.

Rachel was raised in Macedonia, OH along with her two sisters. She was active in sports, gymnastics, and dance throughout her school years. Dancing since the age of 2, she went on to attend Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA where she achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in only 3 years. Her dreams of singing and dancing professionally led her to Branson where Rachel has shared the stage with several talented singers, dancers, comedians, and magicians. Most recently, Rachel finished her fourth season as a performer in the well-known “Saloon Show” at Silver Dollar City as well as the park’s latest show, “It’s a Wonderful Life” during the Christmas season. Always enjoying a busy schedule, Rachel has also worked in retail at Victoria’s Secret for over 6 years. Her positions have varied and included Merchandise Flow Supervisor and Sales Lead.
Desiring to further her knowledge and excitement for real estate, Rachel attended Lifetime Learning to become a licensed Realtor®. Having an interest to learn and grow, Rachel is currently pursuing her certification at the Graduate Realtor® Institute. She has a special interest in helping people, with a promise of the utmost honesty, kindness, and efficiency.
Rachel married Jeff Gerken at a beautiful sunset ceremony at Big Cedar Lodge overlooking Table Rock Lake on September 14, 2013. Rachel is proud to call Branson home and loves all it has to offer. Meet Susan. Born and raised with one brother and two sisters, she grew up in Ozark county on her family’s homestead founded in the 1800’s. Your local girl, Susan Ewing attended Ava High School and School of the Ozarks (aka College of the Ozarks). She spent 28 years living in different parts of the country including Seattle, WA, Omaha, NE and most recently Denver, CO. After raising three kids and exploring the countryside, she yearned to be back home. The place she loves the most…the Ozark Mountains.
Susan spent the last 13 years working for H&R Block. The last five were spent as Operations Coordinator in Denver, CO and Southwest Missouri overseeing the operations of 30 to 75 offices and 400 employees before joining Gerken and Associates. Tiffnie Chandler is originally from Kearney, MO where she grew up on a pig farm with her amazing family. Although being a country girl will always be where her heart lies, she was brought to the Branson area in 2016 and never looked back. When she was a child, she would spend her summers here at her grandma’s fabric and quilting store in Downtown Branson or she would be at her great grandma’s house on Table Rock Lake. She has the best childhood memories in Branson, so moving here was the best decision she’s ever made.
Her husband, Todd, is the Vice President of his company and is a civil engineer and land development consultant. Since 2016, he has worked on all the major projects in the Table Rock area including lodging additions for Big Cedar Lodge, and the 76 Revitalization Project, and designed much of Tiger Woods’ Payne’s Valley Golf Course to name a few. They have three children, Gracie, Aiden, and Carson who love living here. Her current hobbies include spending time with her family, watching her boys play competitive soccer, concerts with her daughter, traveling with her husband and children, and spending time outdoors whether it’s on one of the many creeks or on their boat on Table Rock Lake. They feel very blessed to live in this area and she cannot wait to share it with others. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and serves many areas within the Ozarks. Not only does she specialize in single-family home sales, but she really enjoys working on investment properties with buyers who are out of the area. She truly loves this area and prides herself on her knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services.
